With a full service your watch movement receives the highest treatment. We dismantle the watch , removing the watch movement from its case. Next, we take both the hands and the dial off the watch movement and place them aside in a dustproof container. We then proceed to strip the watch movement down, unwinding every screw, removing and examining each individual part to ensure a fine, Swiss-standard watch repair. Your dismantled watch movement is then put through an ultrasonic cleaning machine, designed to clean to perfection using special watch cleaning fluids. Whilst your movement is cleaning for an hour, we take care of the watch case and bracelet. These are also cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning machine, and when ready, are put onto a drying rack. The movements are now clean and ready to be meticulously placed back together, correcting any faults we find, using only the finest Swiss oils and greases to lubricate your watch movement to the highest standard. Then it is time to calibrate your watch movement using a specifically designed watch timing machine. Once your movement is working like new, we put the dial and hands back on and place it all back in the clean and dry watch case. Your watch is then tested for water resistance using a safe and secure process. Finally we do a 48 hour functionality test to ensure the watch is perfectly on time. Once the 48 hour test is complete, a final inspection is made before the finished timepiece is returned to its owner.
